There a private balcony off the master suite with partial bay views.

This is a lovely neighborhood nestled alongside historic downtown and a quick drive to the beach.
There are tons of restaurants, shops, museums and things to do all within a quick walk or easy drive. Hop on a scooter to get around quickly or enjoy a leisurely stroll among the mossy live oaks.

We provide a starter pack of supplies for your stay. It includes two trash bags, two dishwashing pods, two laundry pods, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, plenty of dish soap, cleaning spray, shampoo and body wash, as well as kitchen and dish towels.
Two car max in driveway with potential for extra street parking nearby. Six guests max at any time unless prior approval.
On-site gas grill. If propane runs out, please note we may not be able to replace it during your stay. You are welcome to replace it and send us a receipt to reimburse you for the new propane tank.
Our sole TV (located in living room) is a smart TV with streaming options available with your login. We do not have cable.
Potential for noise with with street traffic nearby. We have a sound machine and large fan in master bedroom to help reduce noise.
There is a $250 security deposit required and will be done as a credit card hold or pre-authorization 2 days prior to your arrival.

perfect location for our plans to attend the commemoration of the battle of Pensacola. The house was very clean, Naomi was a gracious host. Although we really did not need all that was available for our short stay, there is a full kitchen and laundry available. Great to have a full bath for each bedroom and a half bath as well.

Really nice house. Location was great for downtown and restaurants. Long drive to the beach but worth it. Traffic during the day can be noisy. Overall a good place to vacation.

The home was extremely clean and super convenient to downtown Pensacola. The kitchen was well equipped and the rooms were all spacious and airy! I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and walked every day to the nearby park and to Palafox Street, where there are fabulous cafes and shops!

The house was extremely clean and was close to everything we wanted to do!!!! The kitchen was completely stocked! The host had a basket of toys/coloring books that were perfect for my grand daughter and even had two beach chairs available to use if needed. The owner was extremely helpful when we needed to add an extra night at the last minute.
