About this apartment rental
Tucked away within the heart of the picturesque Capitolo area of Monopoli (Puglia), this apartment is a rare find. Suitable for up to 5 people, this apartment is located within a small detached building in a seaside village. Whilst still being in the very centre of Capitolo area, this lovely apartment is set in a small court yard away from the hustle and bustle of the lively main streets.
The apartment is located in a seaside village called “Macchia di Mare” with a free assigned parking space in front of property, free tennis court and is the ideal place for a break with children or adolescents. First of all, because the beach is just 200 metres away. Next, be-cause many activities are provided for youngsters from 5 to 17 years old. Sport activities, performances, tournaments or evening parties are on their summer programme.
Wonder around the small streets around the apartment and within minutes you will find plenty of excellent restaurants serving typical Apulian dishes, cafés, and bars catering for all ages and tastes. Shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, takeaway pizza, etc. are within walking distance, too.
The house comprises a kitchen with four-burner stove, electric oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle; a living room with TV, air conditioning and a comfortable sofa bed; two bedrooms with a full size double bed amd two single beds joinable if necessary, and a comfortable bathroom with basin, toilet, bidet, and shower cabin.
This is an ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday in the wonderful region of Puglia at any time of the year, close to the charming towns of Locorotondo, Polignano a Mare, Matera and Ostuni or the wonderful beaches of Monopoli.

Spent four weeks here from mid May to Mid June. Property is very comfortable and new with all required amenities. Ideally located in a fenced in community with dedicated parking included. You can easily walk within a couple of minutes to town and waterfront which is clearly visible from the property. There are also quite a few other free public and paid beach options within a couple of kilometres as well as the town of Monopoli which is about 10-15 minutes away.We made this our hub to visit the Puglia region and it was ideally located making it very easy for day trips to the most popular destinations. Host is very friendly and easy to reach should you need anything. Check in and check out was very easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Francesco was a welcoming and very helpful host. The apartment is a good size, comfortable and modern and tastefully decorated. Bedrooms were a good size, modern bathroom and washing machine facilities available too. Located close to the main access road to other popular venues and a short walk to the beach and bars and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Our stay was great. The apartment was even better than in the pictures. The layout is very spacious. The beds were comfortable. The place was spotless. We were 4 with more than enough space. The pullout couch was not used in our case. Wi-Fi and air conditioning were excellent. Our hosts (Francesco and Nino) met us when we arrived to give us the keys and show us everything in the apartment. They were both very hospitable, kind and friendly. Close to the beach and a bar (coffee place with some pastries and aperativos) in Capitolo. Centrally located with access to various highways to lots of tourist places.
