In Berry, near the A20 motorway, an ideal holiday cottage for family or friends gatherings in the heart of France, just a few minutes' walk from the train station and the town center of Argenton-sur-Creuse and the historic site of Saint-Marcel. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. This town house features a private, enclosed 100 m² garden, a private terrace, and free street parking (in front of the house).
Ground floor: dining room/kitchen with access to the garden, separate living room, laundry room, and shower room/WC.
First floor: landing, 4 bedrooms + 1 bathroom + 1 separate WC
Bedroom 1: 2 bunk beds and 1 single bed
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed and 1 single bed
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds
Bedroom 4: 1 double bed and 1 single bed
At 2nd floor: landing and one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.
Veranda outside, accessible via the laundry room.
Gas heating included in the price, up to a maximum temperature of 20°C.
Two additional beds are available if needed.
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the booking (excluding dishes and rubbish).
