🎉 NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
State law strictly prohibits parties or events at this property. This is a residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
The home is equipped with Noise Aware, a noise monitoring device, which measures decibel levels only it does not record audio or video. We will be notified if noise exceeds acceptable limits. Please be aware that violating local noise ordinances carries an initial fine of $2,000.

For the safety of guests and the property, we have one security camera at front. There are no cameras inside the home.
✅ RENTAL AGREEMENT and GOVERNMENT ID – REQUIRED
This property requires a rental agreement and a government issued ID within 24 hours of booking. Your reservation is not confirmed until verification is completed.
Access will not be provided without successful completion.
As part of verification, guests will be asked to:
• Submit a valid government-issued ID
• Sign a Rental Agreement and Prearrival Form
The ID must match the primary guest name on the reservation.

The Host, Jackie, was great with information! She followed up after our first night for anything we may have needed. The attention to detail on the little things in the home made it very comfortable and enjoyable, from lots of towels and pillows to the coffee station setup. Nice touches! We enjoyed the hot tub daily as it was good and hot! It’s a wonderful home that can host a large family and/or friends as well as lots of room for outdoor enjoyment.

Beautiful, spacious, well-furnished home. Comfortable beds, ping pong table and other games were fantastic. Gorgeous outdoor pool patio and yard, but unable to use the pool or hot tub as planned due to issues.

Our stay here was very memorable. The home was exceptionally clean and comfortable. So comfortable that my husband and I will be purchasing the same mattress that is in the primary for our own home. Property management quickly resolved one very small issue in no time at all! We go to Phoenix often and we will stay with PHX Stays again! We all were very impressed!

Having to travel for hospital treatments is a bummer, but this was close to the Mayo Clinic and allowed our doggies to join us. It was so nice and comfy that it made a trip that was no vacation actually feel like one! Everything we could’ve needed was provided, it was clean, spacious and the back yard is straight from a resort. I hope to stay again soon to enjoy it a little longer!
