We love being so close to everything in Scottsdale, whether for a business trip, couples, family, or even a bachelor/bachelorette trip. We are a great place to book for your stay! The Bourbon Cowboy is cozy for the entire family yet offers all the fun amenities, like the pool table, swimming pool, cornhole, and more, for endless entertainment. The open-concept kitchen is fully stocked for short-term or long-term stays, so you can enjoy home-cooked meals if you love to cook.
The main bedroom is large and spacious with a lavish King-sized bed, a Smart TV, an in-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. 4 bedrooms to choose from and an extra Queen-sized pull-out sofa in the living room for extra guests.

INTERESTED IN POOL HEAT?
Pool may be heated for an additional $75 per night please let us know ahead of time if you would like the pool heated.
Heaters take 2-3 days to heat a pool therefore pool heat must be requested a minimum of 5 days prior to your stay.
The pool is not a spa, please note: pools are usually about 80-85 degrees when heated. We cannot heat it to a spa temperature and pools cannot be cooled to a lower temperature.

The Owner, renter, and the guest may be liable for up to $2,000 to cover the costs of Police response to the property pursuant to section 2-22 of the Phoenix city code.
IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:
1. All guests are required to complete a simple identity verification before check-in. During this process, you’ll choose between a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $1,000 refundable security hold. This works just like a hotel front desk asking for ID and a security deposit—only ours is online and takes just a few minutes on your phone. We do not make money from this; the fee goes directly toward insuring the stay against damage. This step helps protect both our guests and the property so everyone can enjoy a smooth stay.
2. For safety and security purposes, the home is equipped with an exterior security cameras facing outward, including a camera overlooking the pool area. Cameras are not actively monitored during guest stays and are only reviewed if needed in the event of an incident, emergency, or violation of house rules.
