About this apartment rental
Le Feel Good is a beautiful 37 m2 apartment, on the 2nd floor of a beautiful stone building, located in the heart of the historic center of Bordeaux. It offers you all the comfort, mixing modernity and charm of the old for an exceptional stay in Bordeaux. Completely renovated, a few steps from the Grand Theatre, Place de la Bourse, Rue Sainte Catherine and the Quays, it has a bedroom and a sofa bed for one person, it can accommodate up to 3 travelers very comfortably.
The accommodation:
Very well equipped, Le Feel Good is located on the 2nd floor, accessible by a staircase. In the heart of Bordeaux, you will enjoy all the comfort for an unforgettable stay. A few steps away from Sainte Catherine Street, all the shops, restaurants and the tramway, it offers you the following services
- A beautiful and very bright living room with a sofa (convertible and pleasant for one person), a flat screen, reversible air conditioning
- An open kitchen, with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes: refrigerator, dishwasher, induction cooker, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and many kitchen utensils. As well as a table with a bench for your meals.
- A pleasant bedroom with double bed (140x190), storage space and bathroom with a beautiful Italian shower, reversible air conditioning
For your comfort, you will also have at your disposal, an iron and its table as well as a dishwasher.
Quality sheets, towels and tea towels as well as some coffee capsules are provided and your bed is made upon your arrival.
Of course, Wifi is available and free!
The Saint-Pierre district is considered as the cradle of Bordeaux. It is quite natural that this ancient Gallo-Roman port, which became a medieval city, took the name of the patron saint of fishermen. In the 12th century, the port was filled in. The ramparts of the walled city fell in the 18th century, with the construction of the Place de la Bourse. What remained was the 35-meter high Cailhau defensive gate and the pedestrian or semi-pedestrian streets whose names recall the commercial and artisanal vocation of the district: the rue des Argentiers, the rue des Bahutiers, or the rue du Chai des Farines. In the 16th century, the neighborhood was also populated by bourgeois families around the church of Saint-Rémi.

Line C, Place de la Bourse, 50 m away on foot - direct to the train station in 15 min
Line B, Grand Théâtre, 80 m walk - direct to the wine museum in 15 min

Our stay started with a very nice in person welcome. She oriented us very well to the beautiful city. The location is just perfect. With the tram you can easily get to any part of the city including the airport. The surrounding restaurants are endless and you're in the center of it all.

Clean, well appointed. Very close to everything lots of great restaurants and interesting sights nearby. Host was very friendly and gave us some great tips upon arrival.

We had a great week end in Bordeaux and could from the apartment walk to all our important part of Bordeaux. Bed was very comfortable. Apartment has minimum equipment which for us was enough and good air conditioning. It is on a second floor through stairs without a lift and common parts of the building are a bit shabby. It is in a part of town that can be noisy at night but on the flipside it is close to very nice bars/restaurants. Overall we loved our stay.

The apartment itself was clean, but the hallway and stairway to the place was GROSS. There were 4 rat traps in the hallway. The floor hadn't been cleaned in years. My friend slept in the bed and I slept on the couch. The linen should have included a mattress cover to help with the big crack on the couch back and seat. It was really designed for a couple who sleep together and not two friends traveling together. There were VERY little essential things in the kitchen.
