About this house rental
Bring the kids, visit the beautiful Florida Springs, and enjoy staying in a peaceful, cozy farm bunkhouse. Have a rest on the front porch rocking chairs or enjoy connecting with farm way of life while relaxing in the barn themed living room. This renovated goat barn boasts of exposed beams, tin ceilings and chic farm decor. While staying with us you can enjoy visiting with the animals, maybe meet our 2 newest babies and gather some fresh eggs for your breakfast! We are located at a very central area to many parks and springs. We’re also located about 40 minutes from the University of Florida, so come for a game, but stay out of the hustle and bustle of Gainesville. We are located approximately 10 minutes off Interstate 75 and less than 10 minutes from the All-Tech Racetrack so if you are just passing through we are a good 2 night option for weary travelers or a race fan who wants a little distance from the hustle and bustle of the crowd. Couples needing a weekend getaway have enjoyed the comfy cabin feel and the local “rural Florida” exploration.

The owner was awesome and gave us a list of places to visit to make our time more enjoyable. Ice cream at Serendipity was amazing!! The property was close to town and only 45 minutes to an hour from several springs making it easy access for kayakers. The house was private and better than described! Super clean and cozy with super soft beds. They provided us with everything we could have possibly needed. We loved our stay and would go back!

We had a really great time on our weekend getaway that started and ended with our wonderful Bunkhouse Farm Stay! Everything felt perfect when we arrived, like coming back home for a visit with your family! We stayed 2 nights and had everything we needed and the place was impeccably clean. We cooked a couple of meals and enjoyed most of our time on the rocking chairs outside on the front porch. The animals on the farm were a delight to see and spend a little time with. The host was very easy to communicate with and made sure we were well taken care of! Convenient location for local springs visitors! xoxo to Fanta

The Bunkhouse was so much more than advertised! It was beautiful, very clean and well stocked. The communication with the owner was instant and super friendly. Everything about the stay was simple, but well thought out. The horses ate in front of the poach. They were easy to pet each morning. There were a variety of cats prowling around and one who called our porch home. There was plenty of started supplies to get us through our mini vacation. The beds were comfy and the shower was hot. It was also the perfect location to visit a variety of springs and trails. Perfect!

The property was nice and beautiful, like a home away from home. The only issues we had were lack of hot water to last longer than 2 showers and the oven seemed not to get hot enough to cook our breakfast thoroughly. The front bedroom seemed to not have any air coming into it.
