Enjoy High Springs in this newly renovated home close to springs and just 1 minute from downtown restaurants and shops. Less than 30 minutes to Gainesville. Minutes from Ginnie Springs and Gilchrist Blue Springs State Park. Close to Ichetucknee Springs State Park. This 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom home is stylish and comfortable for a family or a group of friends. Book this home for Gator games, outdoor getaways, graduations and more! Sleeps up to 6 people with 2 bedrooms and a pull-out sofa.
2 Stylish living room, 2 bedrooms, laundry room, 1 full bathroom, screened in porch and large yard. This home is on Main Street in High Springs. It sits on a corner lot- busy intersection. You will hear traffic noise. We have put noise machines in each bedroom to help with the noise. This home is located with 10 to 15 minutes of 3 springs- it`s a great location when visiting the springs.
Guests have the entire house.
We have on-call maintenance 24/7 and we definitely want our guests to reach out and call them if they need anything at all. We give our guests full privacy, but we are reachable as needed. Thanks!
This home is located on Main Street in High springs- walk to downtown for a nice supper at one of the High Springs restaurants.
Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. 2. Quiet Hours- 9:30 pm to 8 am- (you may be asked to leave and you will not receive a refund)

4. 1- Pet allowed if disclosed during booking- $200 fee if caught with an unreported pet.-
5. Please clean up dog waste - $100 fee if dog waste is left behind.

Very cute, clean, and perfectly situated cottage very close to all the restaurants etc. that High Springs has to offer. We especially enjoyed the back porch, cozy den, and the well-equipped kitchen. The only thing we wished had been different was if the backyard had been fully fenced. That said, we would definitely stay here again the next time we visit the area.
