Easy and pleasant weekend stay. House is very cozy and welcoming. It looks much better in person than on photos and has everything you might need for your stay. Tom is easy to communicate with and gave us helpful tips around the neighborhood. Overall a recommended stay. Thank you Tom!

We choose this property for the keyed access to the parks on the river with the convenience of a house in a wooded setting. We stayed in December. The firepit and available cut firewood made for a relaxing time. The grill was too rusted for our use and we did not bring a grill mat. We were very grateful for the ability to bring both our dog and our friend’s dog. The yard is fully fenced and secure for our dogs, however consider the neighbors dogs along the secure metal wired fence line. There were a few toys available for our friends’ children age 4 and 16 months but they wish they had brought more themselves. There is a regular coffee maker with a reusable filter. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful at nighttime. We had a great time and would stay again.
