About this cabin rental
3BR Cabin on 24 wooded private acres with 500 feet of waterfront on the Suwannee River with a large dock. Bring your boat, housebroken well behaved dogs (2 max with pet fee). Docktrail through beautiful cypress lowland forest to river. Fishing, bird watching, deer. (No hunting allowed)
3 Bedrooms each with a queen bed and smart TV fits up to 6 people max.
Close to Mallory Swamp Wildlife Mgmt area and Osceola National Forest with miles of ATV trails, hunting.
Over 2 dozen springs nearby for scuba diving, swimming, snorkeling. Cabin comes with a car pass to Rock Bluff Spring. Ichnetucknee River for tubing and kayaking just 16 miles away;
Nature Coast towns such as Steinhattchee, (scalloping) Cedar Key with access to the Gulf of Mexico about 70 minutes away. Gainesville, University of Florida, Ben Hill Grifffin Stadium 50 minutes. Orlando, Disney, Universal 2 hours.
Cabin has 3 bedrooms; 1 queen with full bath, one bedroom with full bed and 1 bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds with shared full bath. All linens and bath towels provided. Bring a beach towel for the river/beach.
Kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, silverware, glassware, baking and cooking pans, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher (detergent provided) large refrigerator with filtered water, icemaker.
TP, paper towels, trash bags, foil, some spices, some condiments provided.
3 grills and Blackstone on site. Propane for the gas grill provided. Charcoal for the charcoal grill not provided.
2 campfire pits, one at the cabin, one at the waterfront. Firewood, firestarting materials and smore skewers for the 2 campfire pits provided.
1 canoe, 3 adult kayaksk, adult lifejackets, paddles provided. Must bring kids lifejackets and lifejackets must be worn while in the canoes, kayaks.
Fishing gear, bait and snorkel gear NOT provided.
2 bathrooms with bath towels, soap, shampoo.
Full size clothes washer and dryer, laundry detergent provided.
Pelican water conditioning, filtration system.
Cabin is fully climate controlled with air conditioning and heat. Also lots of windows that open to let in fresh air and sounds of the Florida wilderness during cooler months
40" Smart TV in living room and 32" smart TVs in each bedroom. DVD players, lots of DVDs
High speed internet (25 mbps) and Voice over Internet Land line.
Plenty of parking for vehicles, trailers
Driveway video camera to ensure compliance with guest number limit (6) and security when cabin is unoccupied.

This was the perfect peaceful getaway. The cabin and property were beautiful, well-maintained, and stocked with just about everything you could need. From cooking supplies to games and entertainment, it was clear a lot of thought had gone into creating a comfortable and welcoming experience.One of our favorite features was the trail leading to the dock. Along the way were charming little surprises that added character and made each walk enjoyable without taking away from the natural beauty of the property. We loved spending time on the water, trying canoeing for the first time and taking advantage of the kayak. The setting was peaceful, relaxing, and full of wildlife, including several whitetail deer.The cabin itself was full of thoughtful and humorous touches. We especially enjoyed the funny signs and little details throughout the house that made us smile and feel right at home.The host was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Since we were arriving after dark, he thoughtfully turned on the lights before we arrived and even offered to leave eggs or pancake mix for breakfast knowing we wouldn't have time to stop at a store. Those small acts of kindness made a lasting impression.Even Ranger the beagle loved his stay! We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would gladly return.

Great cabin with all the amenities that you could possibly need on amazing property and close to all of the springs. John has thought of everything…. highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay! Everything was thoughtfully provided, even things you may have forgotten from home. John truly went above and beyond to make sure guests had everything they could possibly need. The property itself was so much fun, and from the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Couldn't ask for a better spot. John, The host was there for us every step of the way. The home had everything you needed. It was like walking in to your own home. Just perfect!!!
