Breathtaking Mountain Views, Close to Marys Lake,RMNP, Community Pool/Hot Tub- Marys Lake Lookout, Estes Park CO

It is a beautiful place and a great location.

We were in town for a wedding so our family stayed here. It was perfect that we all had our own room. The main bedrooms are accessed by stairs. Which is fine, but as my mother ages, I have to keep that in mind. It’s about 10 minutes from everything. Beautiful view. Nice deck to relax and bbq. Kitchen was stocked generously. And the host had nice touches like aloe vera and lotion for our dry hands!

This place is amazing and a great value. The host and people responsible for maintaining the place are very responsive and accommodating. My one issue is the lack of lights that worked, the amount of light switches, and how they should be labeled. I probably spent two hours trying to figure out what switch did what and still could not find switches for certain light fixtures. The kitchen had 6 lights and only three were operational. Some lamps were sketchy, and flickered. The carpet could use updating as well.

Our family of 9 stayed for a weekend in October. My review is very similar to others. The host was responsive and nice. The views are beautiful and the condo itself was clean. I don’t think the bedding in the room upstairs had been washed. When we pulled back the covers the bottom sheet was crumpled and there were crumbs or something that had to be wiped off. There are several maintenance issues that seem to have not been addressed. It was a little unnerving to open the front door and see the lock not secured properly to the door from the inside. Several of the outlets didn’t work, one of the shower doors doesn’t close and there are several areas of unfinished spots on the walls. Hiring a handyman to fix these minor repairs would go along ways in making the condo feel finished, safe and comfortable.
