We had a wonderful six days in Estes Park. It was a great location for being close to the town and RMNP. The house was spacious for all eight of us and pretty inside with all the windows. We did have an ongoing problem with the heat staying consistent in the house but when we reached out to our guest contact, Heather (the name given to us by Evolve), she was super prompt in responding and helpful. She sent workmen on two separate occasions to troubleshoot the problem. Loved the hot tub and the deer and turkeys walking through the yard. The double oven came in super handy. Loved the views also. Great place. Would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Thank you!

Some power outages occurred, but host was super responsive in getting everything fixed. House was very clean, hot tub worked well, and I would definitely stay here again!

Came to stay with family of 12. It was just "okay". Neither fireplace or wood burning stove worked. Bummer - since it was cold and that could have provided some ambiance. Several lights in the bedrooms did not work. Temperature in house very uneven so some people froze at night while others were too hot. No coverings on very large main windows in family room felt weird when people were sleeping on the pull out couch. Not stocked with simple things like tissues, dishwasher soap or soap for the shower. The dryer didn't work - no heat- so couldn't dry towels after using them in the hot tub. Overall it was marginal. If you have a lot of children in your group this property does not allow a place for them all to "get away" as there is no basement. We didn't think that would be a problem when we booked it, but after this experience will be looking for a place that has multiple levels from now on.
