Estes Park Registration #6139 When you walk in the front door you enter into the living room which includes a large HDTV screen and a wood burning stove. Steps away on the main floor is the primary suite which offers luxury at its finest with a King size bed, walk-in closet and full bathroom with separate soaker tub and shower.

There is also a second bedroom on the main floor with a King bed and direct access to a full bathroom. The dining room off of the large kitchen is perfect for entertaining. Step out onto the large deck and enjoy all the views of the mountains while cooking on the gas grill. The upper floor has two bedrooms, one with a King bed and crib, and one with two Twin beds. Off the hallway is a third full bath. Upstairs is a sitting area or kids play area. A fifth bedroom is on the lower lever with a King bed, and an additional full bath. The home is located a couple of blocks from Mary’s Lake. This is the perfect home for your family vacation!

Wonderful arrangements for our group of 12. The older parents could be one single level living while younger persons could sleep either upstairs or downstairs. The main living was very bright as a spacious for group gatherings. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, serving plates and utensils. It was also very roomy allowing for multiply people to be in their at the same time. The deck was great for watching the wild life and enjoying a refreshing beverage into the evening.We will definitely stay here again!

We were very pleased with the layout for 3 families in one house. It was perfect! Two bedrooms (one queen and another with two twins) and a bath upstairs allowed us to tuck the younger children in early while the rest of the family could play cards and enjoy relaxing on the main and lower level. The kitchen was well equipped, but we were disappointed that the grill (falling apart, unsafe to cook on) was unusable. We reached out to the owner who was very prompt to reply. They promised the maintenance person would take care of the grill but they didn’t get to us before we left a few days later. The property was close to town and Beaver Meadow Entrance of RMNP where even the 5 and 6 year old could hike around Bear Lake and up to Alberta Falls without trouble.

Host and rental office were responsive. Property suited our group well. We never did find any hot pads or extra kitchen towels.
