Really close to water abd large deck to watch waves from. Communication with Melinda was prompt and courteous.

Melinda was quick to respond and very nice. Everything was as described, nice furniture, comfortable bed and clean, although the kitchen could have used a little more attention. The view was amazing and being able to walk across the street to the Salt Rock Grille was an added bonus. I would recommend this condo!

I would give 4.5 overall rating. The property is ideally located, with the most gorgeous sunset views. We saw dolphins a few times, which we loved. The host is excellent in communication and in prompt responses. There was one issue with the unit, but the hosts went above and beyond to ensure the issue was remedied to the best of their ability, all while keeping us comfortable during the process. The kitchen provided all necessities to comfortably cook meals, as needed. They were helpful to locate medical services for my child as well, which was greatly appreciated. This is our second stay at this property. The sunset views are unmatched by any other location, as is the close proximity to the beach-literally just steps away from the property! Definitely consider this property if looking to stay in this area!

This property is in a great location. We walked to serval places which we really enjoyed. The unit had a great view. Unfortunately it was a bit noisy. The unit is on the first floor above the garage. You can constantly hear the large doors into the building slamming. It shakes the whole unit. If it were my property.... I would suggest the building install something to ease the door from slamming. We could also hear various things from the other units. Overall it was a good stay but not as relaxing as I had hoped.
