This unique place has a style all its own. 1 bedroom with queen size bed. Kitchen and bathroom fully remodeled. Spacious living room with a full size pull out sofa sleeper. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Close to family and just the right size. The fireplace was a great feature and kept us warm on chilly days the week of Thanksgiving. Very clean and accommodating. Would stay here again.

Very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the convenient location to La Crosse and the many area hiking opportunities. It is on the highway and the railroad is right next to that, just so you know. It didn't bother us much, but we weren't there during the day much either.

My Husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. The house is a great location with a beautiful view and tastefully decorated. Everything was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed including a paddle and big pizza cutter if you use the outdoor pizza oven. It was just enough space for the two of us and I’m not sure that more than 2 people would be comfortable here. We were a little surprised by how loud the traffic and trains were. If we didn’t have our fan with us, it would have made sleeping difficult (they do provide a small noise machine). We didn’t find the bed to be very comfortable. Our only real negative was not feeling comfortable using the outdoor amenities including the grill, fire pit, pizza oven and hammock. They have a ring doorbell set up facing this outdoor area which records you and your conversations. We were pretty disappointed about this and felt like we couldn’t have any privacy when we were outside using this area. We did use the pizza oven one night. It was fun to try it even though it was a little challenging because we had never done this before. It wasn’t very clean at first so we had to remove spiders and webs before cooking but it wasn’t a huge deal. They do provide a nice log splitter. You need to provide your own wood. Overall, we wouldn’t stay here again based on the lack of privacy when using the outside space and being recorded.
