2 bedroom, 1 bath, house. Located on beautiful Lake Onalaska, the sunfish capital of the world! Fully furnished kitchen. Microwave, dishwasher. Washer/dryer. Bed and bath linens included. New central air/heat. Large back yard. Area for fire pit. Indoor area for cleaning fish. Dogs welcome. Close to bike/walking trails. Boat landing/marina just a short walk away that offers boat rentals. Kayaks and canoe included for use during your stay. Swimming off shore is not recommended due to weeds. Boating, year round fishing, and many attractions to see in the area. Only minutes away from town, but far enough away to enjoy the quiet beauty of the outdoors.

We arrived to find heavy construction equipment on the premises, an excavator right outside the front window. The waterfront equipment, kayaks and paddle boat, detailed in the property listed weren't available. We contacted the owner who explained they were across the street and could be brought over later in the day. Because the owner was a direct neighbor, we noticed they were also using their own water equipment at the same time making this more shared equipment. Like other reviews, the owners were easy to contact, but they were not responsive or respectful to maintaining the promises of the listing. We left early and asked for the night to be refunded with no response. Future guests may want to think twice about this one....
