About this villa rental
Villa Georina is a truly lovely property, boasting all the mod cons and comforts of a new property but designed in traditional Cypriot style with comfortable accommodation which will ensure you have a wonderful relaxing holiday in Cyprus.
The entrance door leads to a bright & spacious living area with feature stone fireplace and log burner, there is wide patio doors leading onto a large balcony overlooking the swimming pool and truly wonderful, inspiring mountain views beyond. To the sitting area are leather sofas, TV, Hi Fi, etc. ( All sport and Movie channels available in various languages )
An attractive archway divides the kitchen / dining room with a fully fitted kitchen with everything one may need including a dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. The formal dining table has seating for 6 people. Also on the same level is a useful guests toilet / cloakroom.
Located on the lower level are 3 generous sized bedrooms. There is one twin room and two double rooms all with ample wardrobe space. The two double bedrooms have large patio windows leading to the terrace and pool area. The main double bedroom offers an en-suite shower room and there is a modern family bathroom with shower over the bath.
The outside space to this property is excellent with a superb private terrace, an infinity swimming pool with superb views over the ravine, towards the stunning mountain backdrop, ample space for sun bathing and an outdoor kitchen area with barbecue, sink and fridge
The colourful garden has various fruit trees, bushes and shrubs,which all enhance the tranquil location and local environment.
Local Information:
Villa Georina is located on the outskirts of Peyia Village, a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the great amenities of Peyia Village, which includes supermarkets, banks, various excellent local taverns, a few bars, take-away, kiosks, a bakery, pharmacy, butchers, fish mongers, etc.
Coral Bay is approx. 3 km with its popular sandy beach and water sports. You will also find a selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The Akamas National Park is approx 6 km including famous turtle reserve on Lara beach!
Paphos is only a 15 minute drive, where you have the old town and the harbour area
(Kato Paphos). Both areas have a variety of Cafes, bars, restaurants, shops etc. Within the Paphos region you have many tourist attractions and facilities, including the ancient mosaics and tomb of the kings, sea caves, a water park, go-karts, horse riding, bird & animal park, water sports, cinema, bowling, 3 golf courses, fishing and much more… The Troodos Mountains are a manageable drive and stunning day out, Polis and Latchi are around half an hour and worth a visit. Paphos International Airport is approximately 25 minutes by car.

It really is one of the nicest villas we've ever stayed in.The views were amazing and it was so quiet.This villa definitely made it the wonderful, relaxing holiday we were all hoping for.Previous reviews, and George, recommended hiring a car but we didn't bother in the end. We walked to and from the centre of Peyia, approx 10 mins walk, which had a supermarket, butcher's and bakery. A few bars and places to eat too. We used the buses from Peyia on a number of occasions to visit both Paphos and Coral Bay.We hired a couple of buggies for a day and drove to some lovely villages in the area, a natural waterfall and we visited a vineyard.When we visit Cyprus again, we won't hesitate to book this villa again. We had a wonderful 2 week stay here.Well appointed villa, clean stunning infinity pool with the most beautiful mountain views! Bath & pool towels provided was such a bonus.George was so helpful as host, very responsive and answered all of our questions before arrival and during our stay. We loved sitting out on the balcony at night watching the stars, and during the day seeing the herd of goats passing by in the valley.Only a short walk into Peyia village which had many nice restaurants and shops. Supermarkets only a short drive (one in Peyia) or the larger Philapidos supermarket 10 minutes drive. None of the family wanted to go home at the end of our holiday. We’ll definitely be back next year if we can.
