We stayed in a very nice 2 bedroom apartment. Fantastic location few steps from Nasserein gondola which gives easy access to all st Anton ski fields. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby then short flat walk in to main part of town. Wonderful staff, and very well thought out and run hotel. Lovely sauna area, great ski/boot room, communal hotel area to socialise. Our apartment had well equipped kitchen, large bathrooms, super comfy beds.

Amazing hotel right next to a ski lift and ski rental, what more could you want!

Breakfast was amazing, I would really appreciate a bit more variety of fresh fruit to make it really impeccable, and even without this small addition it was amazing, fresh, lots of variety, as much coffee/tea as you'd like. Rooms are clean and well equiped. What really sets this place apart is the sauna/spa area in the basement. There are 2 traditional wooden saunas - hot and very hot, there is also a small infrared one, showers, toilets, place to sit, lounge chairs, tea and water in abudance. We spent every afternoon there after coming back from the slopes (they close the sauna at 8)! It was heavenly. The team at the hotel is fantastic, they geniunely care about every guest and are always ready to help and give suggestions and advice if needed. We had the best dinner in the village guided by their recommendations!

A room that was initially given to us was a bit small, and it didn't have any seating area that I expected from what was written on the booking. We discussed this at the reception and they were extremely helpful and accommodating which made our stay absolutely wonderful! Bathrooms have a stained glass door rather than a real door which some people might find problematic, the bathroom fan comes on a little while after the light is turned on and there is no way to turn it off - which is a bit annoying if it turns on in the middle of the night when you went to the toilet as it is noisy when you're trying to go back to sleep, would be nice if it could be turned off somehow.

Superb! It is a lovely place to stay at Christmas!

We unexpectedly extended our stay by one night and managed to get a two bedroom apartment here with the dog! Larissa, on reception was so helpful with accomodating all of our requests and they are super dog friendly! The kitchen was very well equipped and there’s lots of space for everyone. The bedrooms were a very decent size and the beds were comfortable. Looking forward to coming back again!

We had a really nice stay!

Really cozy accommodation 2 minutes walk from the gondola. We booked the 2 rooms apartments for a group of 6 people and everything was clean and comfy. Breakfast was also very good, the ski room is very spacious and the saunas are a very welcomed bonus after a cold day on the slopes. Also many thanks to the super friendly staff who really did all what they could to make our stay perfect and find a solution for everything!

Comfort during pleasure trip!

Property is very well maintained, and has all the facilities you need during wintersport/ a ski holiday incl. a spa with multiple sauna’s, ski room and studio/apartments/ rooms with balconies. Parking and charging point also on site. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is just perfect; right next to Nasserein Bahn.

location was great near a gondola. easy to get to the slopes

the hotel was very clean however the cleaning staff kept trying to clean my room very early. someone knocked on the door at 8:30am to clean one day, another day we returned from the hotel breakfast to find them in the room at 8am cleaning and on the day of departure the cleaning staff let themselves into the room before the 10am check out time with a do not disturb sign on the door while we were still packing. I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel but felt like it was too much to early in the day.

Beautiful hotel surrounded by mountains, ran by honest, heartily people.

Very friendly, professional & helpful staff. Modern & stylish rooms that look brand new, super-clean and with proper Internet. Very good, healthy & fresh breakfast. Super-spacious sauna & extra facilities compared to the size of the hotel. Beautiful mountains at walking distance. Free summer-card from the town to get access to all kinds of fun activities.

Very ugly ceiling light in the rooms! Not directly related to the hotel, but due to our timing the free Summer-card could only be used for a few activities in practice. The mountains in the area become less attractive to hikers due to extensive (nature-destroying) construction work to create more ski slopes for the winter season.

Een appartement met fantastische ligging.

De locatie is fantastisch, in het Centrum op 5 min van de skilift. Al het personeel van de receptie tot de kuisploeg is super vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. De ondergrondse parking is een absolute meerwaarde, zeker in periodes van zware sneeuwval. De appartementen zijn sec, maar zeer proper en hygiënisch.

Vergeleken met de vele andere accomodaties waar ik verbleef tijdens mijn skireizen vindt ik deze ‘overpriced’. Te duur voor zo’n appartement. Ik denk dat de hoge prijs meer te maken heeft met goede ligging. De badkamer (waar ook de WC staat) met glazen deur in de keuken is echt een bouwkundige blunder. De ingang tor badkamer had beter in de kamer geweest dan in de keuken.

De locatie dicht bij de skilift, ruime kamer, sauna, goed en vers ontbijt, uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Temperatuur op de kamers mag lager of nog beter individueel regelbaar. Dit heb ik ook als feedback gegeven aan Larissa.
