Great location for a skiing holiday

Location was good. Comfortable spacious room. Excellent breakfast. Incredibly quiet considering it is on the main road.

A lift would make life easier! Too much luggage to drag up all the stairs.

Great stay with my family!

Great location in the nice cozy village Stuben - halfway between St. Anton and Lech! Close to the Albonabahn I, close to the skiing area, and nice restaurants and bars! Great to have the pizzeria/restaurant on the ground floor!

Nothing that the host could have done better! The snow conditions were a bit uncomfortable...and the supermarket was really small...

The guesthouse location is great, the room was clean and very comfortable with all the necessary furniture. Special thanks for the water pressure in the shower, it was perfect.

We loved the Sauna in the room, balcony with views of the mountains. It was super clean and staff was friendly and helpful!

Our Wi-Fi was spotty in the room and didn’t work well. Normally not a big deal but we were out of data so Wi-Fi was very helpful.

Room was nice and tidy, plus clean.

The check-in "procedure" was somewhat confusing. No-one was there to meet us (even though we've notified our exact arrival time) -- it took almost 40 min for someone to arrive and let us in; plus a handful of phone calls... Looks like summer season isn't exactly the busiest and most important season for Stuben...

Preis für das Einzelzimmer ist für den Arlberg sehr ok. Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Das Einzelzimmer war extrem klein, das Bad mini. Im Badezimmer gab es keine Heizung, dadurch war mir auch nach dem Duschen gleich wieder kalt. Das Waschbecken hatte kein Warmwasser. Frühstück war eher semi-gut, keine große Auswahl, und was mich extrem gestört hat: die Semmeln bzw Brötchen waren nicht frisch, eher mind 1 Tag alt (war 3 Tage dort, war jeden Tag so).

شقة واسعة نظيفة ومكتملة مطبخ وصالة وغرفة نوم اطلالتها رائعة مع جميع الاتجاهات موقعها في الطريق للذاهب لسويسرا

- الواي فاي كان ضعيف لايصل الى جميع الشقة بشكل قوي يجب ان تكون في المدخل حتى تكون الإشارة قوية - عندما حجزت كان من ضمن المرافق موقف سيارة مجاني عندما سألت الموظف اين الموقف وجهني الى كراج واوقفت السيارة فيه وعند تسجيل الخروج طالبوني بـ 12 يورو قيمة الموقف ليوم واحد وعند سألت السيدة افادت ان الموقف المجاني في الخارج وليس داخل الكراج واضطررت ان ادفع :(

El personal, Maia (la chica croata) es la que facilitaba solución a los problemas

El wifi no va nada bien. Te dicen que lo mirarán pero sigue sin funcionar correctamente. Aprovisionan el apartamento con una cafetera que no funciona. Lo saben y aun así la dejan. Da la sensación de que es un apartamento que casi no se ocupa y por eso lo tienen “olvidado”. Supongo que el resto de habitaciones bien

Schon vor unserer Anreise ins Haus Flexen in Stuben am Arlberg haben wir uns bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir erhielten eine einladende Nachricht und konnten alle unsere Fragen im Vorfeld abklären, wobei wir stets rapide Antwortzeiten vom Team bekamen. Das gab uns von Anfang an ein sehr gutes Gefühl und Vorfreude auf unseren Urlaub. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts war das Personal einfach fantastisch: enthusiastisch, hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend. Unsere Erwartungen wurden in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Unser Zimmer war makellos sauber, ausreichend groß und perfekt ausgestattet für kurze und längere Wanderurlaube. Hier fehlte es uns an nichts! Ein absolutes Highlight war auch das Essen: Es war immer frisch, hausgemacht und aus der Region. Von der Suppe über den Salat bis hin zum köstlichen Hamburger – alles war einfach vorzüglich. Selbst wenn ich mich hätte beschweren wollen, hätte ich keinen einzigen Grund gefunden. Ein extra Lob möchte ich Max aussprechen. Seine herzliche und aufmerksame Art hat unseren Aufenthalt wirklich versüßt und zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht. Wir können das Haus Flexen uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir kommen gerne wieder! Zum Skifahren oder auch mal im Sommer.

Das Frühstück mit der großen Brötchenauswahl und dem Müslibuffet war sehr, sehr lecker! Der Kaffee war sehr gut. Für den Abend haben wir uns gleich jeden Morgen einen Tisch in dem kleinen Restaurant reserviert. Da war es so gemütlich, da wollten wir gar nicht mehr außer Haus nach etwas anderem suchen. Das Inhaberpaar und das Personal waren super freundlich.

Da gab es nicht, was mir missfallen hätte.
