This four-bedroom, three-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, making it the perfect retreat for families, wine country explorers, or anyone seeking a tranquil getaway.

The Perch is located about 10 minutes from the little town of Amity. Twenty minutes away is McMinnville - the heart of Wine Country. In addition to the food scene, there are over 250 wineries within 30 minutes of the house. For the non-wine folks, we have a alcohol free guide on our site. Enjoy it all!

The Perch is located about 10 minutes from the little town of Amity in a peaceful area. You'll want a vehicle to explore the area. Coming from either side of the Eola Hills, the road to the driveway turn-off is extremely curvy. Please drive carefully!
Other Things to Note:
✅ Dogs welcome with a $100 fee per dog, not cats allowed.
✅ Rural setting may result in occasional insects despite regular pest control
✅ Landscaper visits occur on Friday mornings at 10:00 AM
✅ Hot tub tech services each week either Monday or Tuesday
✅ Wood stove available, guests must bring their own firewood
✅ Please be mindful of the neighbors, owner's family lives next door.

Stayed at this beautiful property the weekend of my mother’s memorial in Salem. It was truly the perfect place to reflect and remember with my family of 5 and a few out of state family members. We were in awe of the view and grateful for a relaxing and comfortable home to spend time together! Thank you!

Property was great. Easy in and out. Had a great time.Would recommend the renter has control of the thermostat. House went up to 86Deg the last night. Also plan the grass cutters latter in the day, The 7am mowers woke everyone up. Porch lite was very responsive.Cant wait to come back.Thank you for providing a great home away from home,
