Welcome to Dogwood Villa, a stunning retreat perched above downtown Dundee in the heart of Oregon’s celebrated wine country. This beautifully designed home offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and location, with five spacious bedrooms, sweeping Willamette Valley views, and three levels of outdoor living spaces. Whether you’re visiting with friends or gathering the whole family, Dogwood Villa is an ideal home base for exploring the region's renowned wineries and tasting rooms—many of which are within walking distance or just a short drive away.
Inside, the open-concept main level welcomes you with thoughtful, updated décor and a layout designed for connection. The fully stocked kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together. Large sliding doors open to the expansive, covered deck where you’ll find ample seating, a BBQ grill, and views that stretch across the valley—perfect for sipping wine at sunset or enjoying a peaceful morning coffee.
The home is designed with guest comfort in mind across all three levels. A bedroom on the main floor offers convenience for those who prefer to avoid stairs, while the lower level features three more bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a dedicated laundry room. The top floor is home to a luxurious primary suite with its own bathroom featuring a whirlpool tub, as well as an adjoining nursery with a crib for families traveling with little ones.
Outside, you’ll find even more reasons to unwind and enjoy. The lower deck boasts a new six-person hot tub, lit with charming bistro lights for day and night use. The backyard’s fire table and seating area offer another spot to gather, and a cornhole set invites some friendly competition. The garage has been transformed into a game room, featuring a professional-grade STIGA ping pong table and dartboards—providing plenty of fun for guests of all ages.
Located just minutes from the restaurants and tasting rooms of downtown Dundee, and a short drive from Newberg, McMinnville, and hundreds of local vineyards, Dogwood Villa places you at the center of Oregon’s wine country magic. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or anywhere in the interior of the house.
PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **
