About this house rental
Orchards Hideaway is much of an experience as it is a place to stay. There are countless amenities such as the pergola covered fireplace and seating area next to the BBQ and food preparation area. The hot tub overlooking the 20+ acres of hazelnut trees is always a crowd favorite.
Inside you will find all new decor and furnishing throughout. Every piece was procured to create that perfect blend of style and comfort. The main area boasts a connected living, dining, and kitchen area, making it perfect to enjoy as a family or group.
Every bedroom has access to its own full bathroom making this home truly special for those that would rather not share bathrooms with others that stay. One of the primary bedrooms has an entire additional seating area as well as a kitchenette equipped with a sink, refrigerator, and TV.
This location is truly special. It sits on close to 24 acres and is surrounded by additional orchards, farms, and multiple golf courses just a couple moments away. It is an incredible location to stay at while enjoying Portland and all the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all.
This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **
