The house has a great layout and is well equipped for cooking, BBQ, pool and rec room in garage area. Clean and updated furnishings. The AC upstairs went out on the last night but those things happen sometimes. The pool needed cleaning when we arrived but the mgmt company sent someone the same day and it was great the remainder of the week.

My family and I stayed here for a wedding at the resort down the road. The beach was a stone's throw away and are some of the cleanest I've ever seen. The neighborhood is picturesque and quiet.
The house was immaculate and the a basket full of snacks waiting in the kitchen was a nice touch. The pool area was lovely, though we didn't get to use it. All-in-all, a great choice!

This was our second time staying in this rental. It’s always clean and has everything you need. The location is great and just a few minutes to walk to the beach. We had some issues with the pool/spa (not at the fault of the owner), but the owner was quick to respond and had the issue resolved. We would likely stay here in the future!
