This beautiful townhouse with 2 bedrooms, sea views and communal pool is located in the Colina Branca urbanization in Carvoeiro. The location is quiet and yet it is only a 10 minute walk to the center of Praia do Carvoeiro. A large communal pool with sun loungers is available to holiday guests.

Loved the views and the birds! Location is central, but there is a steep walk to get to town. We appreciated the goodie basket upon arrival. We had trouble finding the exact unit because we didn't have the number of the unit. The property manager found us and got us settled. We did have trouble with the lock, but again the PM responded quickly and told us how to work it. Downsides were towels left in the washer which were moldy by the time we got to them. No soap for dishwasher or laundry, no firewood, screens have holes which let in mosquitoes, and because there is no shower curtain, water gets on the floor. There were also no pillow cases on the pillows in the room we stayed in, but we did grab them from the other bedroom. These are all minor inconveniences, and we really did love being able to walk into town, and were far enough away that it was very quiet at night.

Clean, well equipped and perfect for usIt’s a 5 minute walk to the town and the beach and an easy drive to other areas of interestOnly thing to note is that it’s on a big hill which means a steep walk to town and a lot of steps in the building itself. If you’re good with that then this is a great place to stay

The location of the condo is great, it was clean and I was impressed to find some goods to welcome us. Thank you David and Stefanie. Beautiful beaches around.
Sadly, we encountered a problem that had a major impact on our experience : cockroaches. It came out one evening from the sink, the diswasher and the washing machine. And let’s say it’s not pleasant to see these things going around!
The owners responded quickly but it already had an impact on our experience as it lasted for a few days. From a 5 stars to a 3 stars.
