About this apartment rental
Come stay with us in our large, nicely decorated, duplex apartment (2292 sq. ft.), is located in a small private complex of only 15 units with a shared swimming-pool, gated parking and a delicious pastry shop (Fabrica Velha) below.
The complex is a short (5 minute) walk to the Carvoeiro center shops, restaurants, bars, pubs, supermarkets and the picturesque Carvoeiro beach, one of the most photographed in the central Algarve!
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 adults and 1 child.
Entrance to the property is via a large sun terrace with outdoor dining furniture - perfect for al fresco dining on the warm Algarve evenings - with patio doors and main door entrance leading to the lounge/dining area.
The apartment is spaciously set out on two floors, separated by a spiral staircase from the lounge area.
The LOWER FLOOR consists of the open-plan lounge with 2 sofas and a large smart TV and dining area with a new dining table and chairs and a small office desk area.
Off this is a double bedroom with (new Mattress and topper), a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, large fridge, oven and ample pots, pans and cutlery.
The ground floor also features a utility room with washing-machine and a bathroom complete with shower, toilet and wash basin.
The UPPER FLOOR consists of a double bedroom (new Mattress and topper), a twin bedroom, a single bed in the library (for a 7th person) and a full equipped bathroom with a bath/shower, toilet and a wash basin.
The twin and double bedrooms on this level share a large and very private sun terrace with two sun beds accessed by patio doors.
Car hire is not necessary if you plan on staying in town, however the apartment has a private gated car park for those who wish to hire a car to explore all the great beaches that the Algarve has to offer.
The top bakery café is also part of the condominium complex and it's so great to wake up to the smell of their freshly baked treats!

Exceptionally well equipped especially in the kitchen. Plentiful supply of towels and games suitable for all ages. A welcome pack was provided with a wide range of basics eg bread, butter, fruit drinks

Just a short walk to the beach! Wonderful value. Easy check-in, quiet gated apartment building with pool and parking!Property manager was friendly, quick to respond to any questions or requests, and recommended a lovely bakery just downstairs, which we went to most mornings. There was a binder with information about the property, contact info, etc. Our only disappointment was the very limited supply of essentials, given that we were a group of 6 people staying for 1 week. No paper towel was provided for the kitchen, very little toilet paper, and only a drop of laundry detergent for the washing machine which is one of the listed features of the apartment. When we quickly ran out and inquired about getting some more of these essentials for our stay, we were told we had to buy our own and only enough was provided "for arrival". A family doesnt want to be buying large amounts of toulet paper or laundry detergent while traveling, then having to either leave it behind. Just a consideration!

Lovely apartment in the heart of Carvoeiro, within walking distance to the beach, grocery stores and many lovely restaurants. The apartment is spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The beds are super comfy and everywhere was spotlessly clean.There is plenty of outside space with a front courtyard equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue and a lovely roof terrace that we were able to make use of when the sun finally came out! We also had access to the pool but unfortunately didn't get the weather for it.Communication with the hosts was great and they very kindly allowed us an earlier check in.We were also greeted with something to eat and drink which was very welcome after a long journey. Highly recommended!

A very spacious apartment that sleeps 7. Parking in Carvoeiro can be difficult especially in the summer months so to have private parking is a big benefit. The owner of the property is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Pretty much everything was as described in the on line description. We would certainly go back again. You can easily walk to everything you need in Carvoeiro from the apartment.
