Our recently updated Casa Rogers is located on the ground floor of the quiet and central Fabrica Velha residential complex in Carvoeiro. Enjoy the convenience of a closed community while being just a short walk away from the local beach, shops, hiking trails, restaurants, and bars. Whether you want to relax on different beaches, explore the charming towns of Silves or Lagos, hike or bike in the Monchique Mountains, or enjoy activities like kiting, surfing, cave tours, sailing, or water parks, everything is within easy reach. Golf lovers will appreciate the proximity to many renowned Algarve courses, all within about a 25-minute drive.
The apartment offers 60 square meters of comfortable living space on the bottom floor. It features a spacious kitchen, a single bedroom with air conditioning, and one bathroom with a shower (not en-suite). The living room includes a sofa bed that comfortably sleeps two adults and opens onto a large terrace furnished with dining and lounging areas, ideal for relaxing or entertaining. I was in Carvoeiro for the third time with my husband and our 11-year-old daughter and for the first time at this place. We felt like at home. ❤️ It is lovingly and tastefully decorated. The terraces, above and below, the most beautiful of the whole residential complex, with the plants and furniture very comfortable. I 100% recommend this place.

This is a beautiful, clean, well decorated apartment. The town it’s located in had lots to do and lots of restaurants. The only downside was the shared pool had lots of unnecessary rules including no inflatablesballs which made it a bit boring for kids.

Very nice apartment as described. The place is quiet. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the beach which allows you to not be in the bustle of the city but still be close. The hygiene is impeccable.
