Our recently updated Casa Rogers is located on the ground floor of the quiet and central Fabrica Velha residential complex in Carvoeiro. Enjoy the convenience of a closed community while being just a short walk away from the local beach, shops, hiking trails, restaurants, and bars. Whether you want to relax on different beaches, explore the charming towns of Silves or Lagos, hike or bike in the Monchique Mountains, or enjoy activities like kiting, surfing, cave tours, sailing, or water parks, everything is within easy reach. Golf lovers will appreciate the proximity to many renowned Algarve courses, all within about a 25-minute drive.
The apartment offers 60 square meters of comfortable living space on the bottom floor. It features a spacious kitchen, a single bedroom with air conditioning, and one bathroom with a shower (not en-suite). The living room includes a sofa bed that comfortably sleeps two adults and opens onto a large terrace furnished with dining and lounging areas, ideal for relaxing or entertaining. Guests have access to the communal pool and sunbathing area nestled amongst olive trees. A private parking space is also available within the secure complex.

Cosy, spacious accommodation with all the comforts. In a nice quiet location but within a short walking distance of the centre. We loved this carefully furnished and very well-equipped home. We were also pleased with the lovely terrace and the shared swimming pool. The communication with host Katharina was great. Thank you 🙏

The accommodation is very nicely furnished. There was nothing missing. The area is quiet but still central and close to supermarkets, restaurants and the beach.
The apartment is definitely recommended.

We had a completely successful stay and can fully recommend this accommodation. Location is excellent – everything important is quickly accessible and yet it is pleasantly quiet.
The place was very clean and well equipped. Everything was really thought of: from dishwasher tabs to toothbrushes to many other little things that made the stay extra enjoyable. We didn't miss anything.
In addition, the accommodation offers plenty of space and is very comfortably furnished. You can tell that hosts attach great importance to providing their guests with a perfect stay. We would come back anytime!
