Overall we enjoyed our stay. Loved the new appliances, the screened porch, and lake. Could really use new mattresses. And thankfully it wasn’t very hot while we were there since we had a lot of rain but there was no AC flowing from vent in downstairs King bedroom. We had ample starter supplies except for no dish rag or dish towels. Had to buy one to wash dishes. Other than that, the place was great and my family had a great time.

Quiet location in Sandestin. Cute cottage with plenty of room and nice outdoor space. Unfortunately, the hot tub isn’t functional, but it is not in the listing so we weren’t expecting it. Overall, enjoyed our stay.

This cottage was perfect for us- very clean with comfortable beds. Our grandson loved fishing from the dock and caught several small mouth bass, which he released. The new appliances were very nice, although would have liked to have a gas grill available. Golf cart was great and we used it every day. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Golf cart broke the whole stay. Didnt like that we had to stay there and couldn’t go else where. Front desk was not nice when we got there but ck out was ok people was nice.
