About this cottage rental
The main house of a former farm nestled in the countryside, the Gîte du Boucherand is a beautiful detached cottage with a large 30 m² terrace overlooking a fountain and a large, unfenced garden (4600 m²).
Nearby: Lavaudieu and its cloister (13 km), the Botanical Conservatory and Château de Chavaniac-Lafayette (6 km), the medieval village of Allègre (gallows, Mont Bar peat bog) (19 km), La Chaise-Dieu (28 km). All shops and services are available in Paulhaguet (3 km). Accessible at ground level via a ramp, the ground floor is suitable for people with reduced mobility: kitchen/dining room, living room (TV, DVD player), one bedroom (one double bed), and a shower room with adapted toilet.
On the first floor are three more bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 cm), one with three single beds (90 cm), and one with two single beds (90 cm). The latter two bedrooms can be connected. A bathroom and a separate toilet are also located on this floor.
Electric heating is charged extra based on consumption (12 kWh included per day).
Baby equipment: 1 travel cot, 1 high chair.
Optional: Bed linen provided per bed per stay: €12 for a double bed, €10 for a single bed.
Bed linen change during your stay: €12 for a double bed, €10 for a single bed. Exterior access ramp with wheel guard. Parking space in the immediate vicinity of the access ramp.
Ground floor: Shower room and toilet adapted for wheelchair access + grab bars in the shower and toilet. Adjustable mirror. Lowered kitchen sink with legroom. Electrical switches at wheelchair height.
