About this house rental
Located in the hamlet of Les Bâtisses in Courpière (63120), this restored former family home combines modern functionality with old-world charm.
Surrounded by just a few other homes, this country house is situated on a dead-end street.
With 155 m² of living space, an adjoining 300 m² fenced yard, a barbecue area, a pétanque court, 4 private parking spaces, and a 15 m² covered terrace, this property offers the perfect setting for a pleasant stay in the countryside.
On the outskirts of the hamlet, you can enjoy the walking trails to discover streams, wildlife, and forests.
You are free to use the entire property as you wish.
We’ll be available to welcome you and recommend local products, walks, and places to visit.
The house is located just 4 km from the town of Courpière, where you’ll find all the shops you need: a supermarket, butcher shop, bakery, cheese shop, newsstand, and more...
We provide an electronic dartboard, a game of Molki, pétanque balls, bicycles, a PlayStation 3, internet access, and an Orange TNT satellite decoder.
