- A 2-night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required.

3. No storing a disabled vehicle on property outside of a personal garage.
4. No parking allowed in the grass or landscaping.
5. No using another owner's driveway to park *There is overflow parking. This is located to your right as you drive in the gate.

We have made many trips to Corpus area for family gatherings over the years. This trip by far was the best experience we have had. The view of the beach from condo ,to the quick access to beach, to the privacy of our own building.

Super clean and comfortable. Tasteful decor. View is awesome. We did not want to be anywhere near the main beach or in downtown so this was a perfect location. It’s a very quiet and a well kept complex. Kitchen has just about everything you would need. Short flight of stairs up to the unit. Check in and check out was very easy. Hosts were very responsive. It was just my husband and me so we had plenty of room. It is perfect for a family or extended family with kids though.

We loved the house. Great location on the beach. The deck is large and perfect for spending all your time on. The house is very clean, great kitchen and two master bedrooms were very nice. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. You do need to bring all food, spices, oil etc.. they supplied a small amount of toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags. Not enough for a week but enough to get you started. The charcoal grill was so nice to have. We used it every night. We had an issue with a broken burner on the stove. The property manager was quick to respond and very nice to work with. Highly recommend this home for your stay.

This is the perfect beach house as far as I am concerned. It is RIGHT on the beach. You can open the sliding door and sit at the table to play games and it sounds and smells like you are on the beach or you can sit on the deck with your coffee or a book or an adult beverage and enjoy the same. All three bedrooms have a bathroom, which is so so nice. The house is right between Port A and Corpus so it's not super close to anything, but close enough to go "to town" very quickly. Because of that, though, the beach is less crowded. We will DEFINITELY be back!
