About this cottage rental
On the edge of a small village overlooking the Allier gorges, Le Clos is an old, pleasantly restored independent farm offering a clear view.
Nearby: direct access to the river at 500 m (unsupervised swimming), Blassac at 9 km (church), Lavoûte-Chilhac at 11 km (Clunisian priory, bridge over the Allier, swimming, white water sports), Brioude 16 km (basilica, old quarters, Hôtel de la Dentelle, museum, salmon house, weekly market, all shops and services). Through the terrace, you access the fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room with toilet.
On the lower 1/2 level (garden level): 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and bathroom with toilet.
1/2 upper level (former barn part), a large living room (TV, closed fireplace) topped by a mezzanine with 2 single beds.
1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 140 cm bed), 1 bedroom (2 90 cm beds), bathroom with toilet.
Terrace (15m²) and enclosed grounds (300m²)

Central heating included in the price. Wood for the fireplace provided free of charge.
Sheets: not included / no rental: guests must bring their own bed linen.
