Spacious gite for 12 in Espalem in the Auvergne, well-equipped with swimming pool, close to the A75 motorway.

The cottage is designed for 12 people and 2 children under 4 years old.
It is possible to accommodate 3 additional people on benches.
We do not rent by the night for organizational reasons.
Prices may vary depending on the season with an extra charge beyond 12 people.
For the price, I would gladly answer you by email. The price starts from 1150€ per week.
Firewood is at your disposal.
A deposit check of €500 is required on arrival.
Pets are not allowed.

Located a few steps from Cantal and one km from the A75, this beautiful large stone house extends over 240m². Restored with noble materials that retain the freshness in the middle of summer and the warmth of the wood fire in winter, everything is planned for cocooning evenings as well as for more festive stays. For the most discerning gourmets, they will be happy to benefit from a fully equipped kitchen and above all to be able to set a table for a maximum of 18 people. For digestion and idleness, 2 corner lounges with relaxation will welcome you in front of the wood fire. Children will be able to have board games, ... and of course, television.
In season the swimming pool is available and private.
Washing machine and dryer are at your disposal.
Upstairs, five colourful and personalised bedrooms for a good nap (the south obliges) or for a sweet restful night.
Finally, the comfort could not be complete without a shower area and a bathroom, as well as a separate toilet.
A garage at your disposal, a large terrace and a garden with the essential accessories of a good holidaymaker (deckchair, barbecue...), firewood.
Shops seven kms away for the daily necessities, many craft markets for the pleasure of the lady, ...
