About this cottage rental
In a typical village in the Allier gorges, nestled in a rolling landscape with a Mediterranean climate, this beautiful property comprises two gîtes facing opposite directions (back to back). The river, just 200 meters away, offers relaxation and a refreshing respite (swimming is unsupervised).
Featuring a large terrace (40 m²) and an enclosed courtyard (180 m²), the gîte is designed to be family-friendly (baby equipment, indoor and outdoor games, a small stone playhouse...).

Ground floor: entrance through the games room, then a few steps lead to a large living room divided into two sections: a dining room with a lounge/TV area, and a kitchen/living room with a dining area and a relaxation lounge with an open fireplace (firewood is extra after the first free fire: €20/wheelbarrow). Separate toilet with a small vestibule (cupboard, 2 sinks).
First floor: 2 bedrooms with one double bed each, 2 bedrooms with two single beds each, bathroom, toilet.
Second floor: 1 bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with toilet.
