Welcome to this spacious villa of 300 m2 just a few minutes from the beaches of the Mediterranean.
Perfect for holidays with family or friends, the house can accommodate 12 to 14 people in an intimate and warm setting.
Designed for relaxation and conviviality, it offers generous spaces and complete equipment.

-10x5 outdoor swimming pool (can be heated by heat pump with extra 200e / be careful, this heating system allows you to increase by a few degrees.)
-fully equipped outdoor kitchen (American fridge, plancha, dishwasher, etc.), bar area and table for 14 people
-spacious terrace with garden furniture/seating area

Marvellous villa! We had a wonderful holiday with the family — 10 adults and 4 children. Everything is exactly as described, I’d even say it’s better. Great amenities, cozily arranged, and equipped with everything you need to enjoy your time. A particular highlight is the outdoor kitchen and the pool. We had a fantastic week and would come back anytime.Special thanks to the host, Corinne! She was always available for any questions and supported us perfectly with everything. Thank you — you made our time truly unforgettable!Finally, just a note that the cleaning fees on site are to be negotiated with the concierge.

We had an amazing time, and the location between the beach and the mountains was perfect for us. The house was spacious and had good facilities, with plenty of room for everyone.
The only criticism was that there was no mention in the listing that you have to pay for cleaning and there was a cost per person for linen, these unplanned expenses were a bit of shock on arrival.
We did also lose 2 days use of the pool as it turned green, but over all we found everyone to be very accommodating and they did allow us late checkout - which was a god send with 6 children and flights late in the day. Would definitely recommend.
