The property was in a great location and had everything we needed for a beach stay! We frequented Stinky’s across the road for easy breakfast, coffee, and snacks. Loved having the pool available for a little time out of the ocean. We used the screened in deck each morning and evening to watch the waves and occasional dolphin family!
The furniture and such is dated, but worked for what we needed it for- a place to sit and sleep!
The location and view is definitely worth coming back for!

Dune Allen has been our vacation destination since Jeanne & Eric Allen started the company. We began staying in the Dune I Townhomes the year they were built. We are hooked on stepping out the front door onto the beach. Swimming pool is a bonus. #1 needs floor repairs. Fees are outrageous!
