Dune I Townhome #8
This popular vacation rental home sits front and center on the sandy shores of beautiful Dune Allen Beach. With three bedrooms and room for eight people, this home is the ideal spot for your family to make beachside memories in the sunshine.
The living and dining space is bright and cozy. Ceramic tile floors highlight soft, neutral furnishings. The open kitchen features bright white cabinets and a huge bar peninsula with seating for four. The glass dining table also has seating for four people, so there’s plenty of room for your whole family to gather together in the mornings over fresh coffee and muffins. Even though the living space is comfy and relaxing, you’ll be pulled outside again and again to the oceanfront screened-in porch. From here, you’ll have panoramic views of the aquamarine water of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax out here in the Adirondack chairs with a glass of wine and enjoy the gentle offshore breezes and gorgeous views.
Upstairs, there are three spacious bedrooms. The master suite features a luxurious king-sized bed, en suite bathroom, vaulted ceilings, and a private balcony with ocean views. The second bedroom has a flexible mix of a king-sized bed and a bunk bed, while the third bedroom has two twin-sized beds.
All of our Dune 1 Townhomes are immensely popular with returning guests—and with good reason. You simply can’t get any closer to the beach! Guests of Dune 1 Townhomes also have access to a sparkling, gulf front swimming pool and a private boardwalk down to the beach complete with an outdoor shower to wash off sandy toes. From March 1 to October 31, you’ll receive 2 beach chairs and 1 beach umbrella during your stay. You’ll also be within walking distance of local-favorite Stinky’s Fish Camp and only a mile from exciting Gulf Place Town Center for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
With breathtaking ocean views and easy access to all that Scenic Highway 30A has to offer, many guests consider Dune 1 Townhomes to be their beachfront home-away-from-home. All of the stress of packing up supplies for a beach day disappears at Dune 1—where you’re never more than a few steps away from sinking your toes in the warm sand and cool surf. Your whole family will fall in love with Dune 1 Townhomes. Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis, so book early!

My family loves this place!!! Easiest access to the beach that we've ever had. Beautiful close-up views of the gulf. Very spacious for our family of 4. Pool is an added bonus. Easy 10 minute drive to Sandestin. We look forward to staying here in the future! A+ experience.

The condo was ok. But location was amazing. I would recommend some updating. The ceiling and floors especially need some help. The foundation is very uneven. And the stains on ceiling should be painted. The carpet is very dirty as well. The blinds in master bedroom need replacing too. They are half broken. There is no shade in the master bedroom either. Make sure to bring eye mask to block out the sun at 5 am. But the location was our favorite part of it and made up for all of it. I love having the chairs on beach as well. That makes it so easy for families. I would recommend to family and friends.

Location, floor plan, pool, porch management were all wonderful! The only negative is that it needs updating. The carpet is old and stained in places. New mattresses are needed and couch is a little rump sprung.
But, I would definitely stay there again. Beach is beautiful!

We had an amazing time. The ocean, sand, views were the prettiest we have experienced. We loved the option of the pool and it was a great location. It was peaceful and private. We plan on booking a return trip!
