Gite adjoining the owner's main residence in a village with private closed terrace (20 m²) and carport. 3 ha of communal land 50 m from the gite (boules, soccer field).
Nearby: Maubourg and Roche-Baron castle, Via Fluvia (cycle route between Loire and Rhône), The squirrel's adventure trail in Chambon-sur-lignon (30kms), Lavalette lake in Lapte (10kms) , Yssingeaux 12 km (town hall, all shops and services), Factory Museum in Ste-Sigolène (15 km), Retournac 20 km (Lace Museum), trout fishing in the Lignon. Ground floor: living room-kitchen (sofa bed, TV), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), shower room, wc.
