Adjoining cottage to the owner's main residence in a village, with a private enclosed terrace (20 m²) and carport. 3 hectares of communal land 50 m from the cottage (boules court, football pitch).
Nearby: Maubourg and Roche-Baron castles, the Via Fluvia (cycle route between the Loire and Rhône rivers), the Squirrel Adventure Park in Chambon-sur-Lignon (30 km), Lavalette Lake in Lapte (10 km), Yssingeaux (12 km) with its town hall, shops, and services, the Factory Museum in Sainte-Sigolène (15 km), Retournac (20 km) with its Lace Museum, and trout fishing in the Lignon River. Ground floor: living room/kitchen (sofa bed, TV), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), shower room.
