Old detached farm house from the end of the 19th century in a small village near the Loire gorges with adjoining enclosed courtyard below (50 m²).
Nearby: Aurec 3 km (medieval town, castle, outdoor activity resort with swimming, canoeing, mountain biking, hiking, all shops and services), Firminy and Le Corbusier heritage 20 mins away, Saint-Etienne 30 mins away min. Ground floor: living room-kitchen (TV, wood stove, Internet access), toilet.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed each), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), shower room, toilet.
Electric heating extra depending on consumption (€0.30 per kwh). Wood for the stove provided at an additional cost: €25/week. For companies, a provision for charges will be requested.
Baby equipment: canvas bed, bathtub, high chair, booster seat.
Services offered to subscribe directly to the owners:
Sheet rental: €10/bed
Rental of bathroom linen: €5/pers.
Cleaning service: €70 (an equivalent deposit will be requested upon arrival)
