About this house rental
Small house of 55m2 on the heights of Chamalières sur Loire, with a veranda that overlooks a panoramic view of Mont Gerbizon, the castle of Artias, the village and the Loire.
The Loire and the village are a few minutes walk away, and there are many walks around.
The Way of Saint James runs alongside the house.
The house has a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a sofa bed for 2 people, an open fitted kitchen, a living room and a reading area with a wood stove, a south-facing veranda, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet.
The main room is very bright thanks to the bay window overlooking the veranda.
The bedroom opens onto a terrace via the French window.
The garden is made up of several espaliers that can be crossed thanks to a path made of Lauze stones.
The house has been renovated but still retains a certain simplicity in its equipment.
A microwave, a raclette machine, a hairdryer and a barbecue are available.
As well as wood for the wood stove.
There is a train stop about ten minutes walk away. And the motorway is less than 20 minutes away by car.
The car can park in an outdoor parking lot at the bottom of the house. From there you have to climb a few meters (which slightly awaken the muscles of the thighs!). 😊
