If you are looking for a beautiful beach home along 30a, FL for your next vacation - look no further! The Seacrest Sandcastle is the perfect choice for families looking for some R&R in one of Florida's most sought after beach towns! Comfortably sleeping 12 (kids will love the newly added bunk room!), there is plenty of space for the whole family to unwind at this cozy home. With a fully stocked kitchen, serene backyard and gorgeous decor, this home provides the ideal setting for your beach vacation! We pride ourselves in going the extra miles for our guests, which includes providing beach chairs, beach towels and four complimentary bikes (separate waiver required) for use during your stay! In addition to all this, you will have access to the neighborhood pool during your stay, which is one of the largest pools in the state of Florida, and ability to ride the neighborhood tram to the deeded beach access!!
Sleeping arrangements:
This home sleeps 12 people.
There is one bedroom (king) downstairs that opens up to the balcony at the front of the home, as well as a full bathroom. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom (king) with connecting master bathroom. There is a third bedroom (queen) and fourth 'bunk' bedroom upstairs as well as an additional bathroom. The bunk room hosts twin over twin bunks as well as queen over queen bunks and comfortably sleeps 6. The master suite upstairs also has a balcony that overlooks a beautiful nature trail.
For your convenience, we provide beach towels and starter amenities for your stay. Included with your rental are:
(2) Toilet paper rolls per bathroom
(1) Roll of paper towels
(4) Beach Towels
(2) Trash bags
(4) Bath towels per bathroom (with hand towels and washcloths)
(1) Shampoo/ conditioner/ soap/ body wash per bathroom
(1) black make-up cloth per bathroom (please utilize these when cleaning your face, as make-up stains our linens)
(1) Starter set of laundry detergent
(1) dawn soap and sponge
Starter set of dishwasher soap
(4) Keurig coffee pods
* Please note amenities provided are meant to be utilized as a starter set and are not intended to last the length of your stay. Please pack accordingly for longer stays.
The home has space for two vehicles and there is additional parking in front of homes that is available on a first come first serve basis. You will receive a welcome packet, which provides helpful information about the home and area. Your personalized door code will be sent to you the day prior to your arrival.
This home is located in Seacrest, right off highway 30a. It is a short distance to Rosemary Beach. There are several restaurants within walking or biking distance of the home. You will love the proximity to restaurants and shops as well as the overall peaceful setting of the neighborhood!
Managed by Diving Pelican Realty and Rentals. We require an additional rental agreement to be signed at booking to ensure age requirements (25 and up to book) are met. Thank you for understanding!

The home was exactly what we expected and needed for two adults and three teens. It was the perfect place for our beach trip. Clean, spacious, included bikes and the community pool was very large and clean. The management company was friendly and very responsive to any questions/texts messages I had. I am very happy with our vrbo!
I do think it is important to share our beach access experience since that was the purpose of the trip! The beach area was unpleasant because of the rental chair companies that dominate the landscape with empty chairs right on the waterline and three rows deep. You cannot get a good view of the ocean from a beach chair. Please read up on the laws regarding public beach access being up to the hide tide line. We brought chairs that were provided by the vrbo and sat at the edge of the dry sand directly adjacent to the last of the rental company chairs. To our surprise, staff on the beach approached us and threatened to have the sheriff arrest us if we did not move! I was shocked to say the least since the law is the mean high tide line and what about just being friendly and appreciating your tourism dollars? The public beach access is ridiculously small. It's so unfortunate the rental chair companies and the security working the beach were so rude considering that we paid a premium for a beach trip. Also add in that there are sharks in shallow water! The vrbo really was wonderful but it did not match the beach experience.

The house is in a beautiful community which is across the street from the beach. The home is updated, nicely furnished and large enough to accommodate a family or group. It was only me and my wife, so we had plenty of room for the week. Overall a great home to stay in at Seacrest/Rosemary Beach. Walkable to everything and a short drive to the other beach towns like Seaside which Inhoghly recommend checking out.
