About this house rental
Stay in the heart of the Loupiac vineyards in a house independent of Château Grand Peyruchet.
Wake up in front of the vineyards, admire the sunsets over the Garonne Valley and discover a family winery passed down for five generations.
Enjoy a tasting of the estate's wines, explore the South Gironde and reach Bordeaux in 35 minutes. Cadillac and its shops are only 2 km away.
As soon as you enter, you will be greeted by a beautiful living room with a living room, a dining room equipped with a pellet stove, and an open kitchen.
An additional dining area with a standing table is offered.
You will find 3 bedrooms with the name of some of the estate's vintages "L'Apeyro", "Jour de pey" and "Mamie pey son rouge"; as well as a bathroom (shower) and separate toilet.
Linen (sheets and towels) is included in the price. However, beds will not be made.
A garage adjoining the house to store your bikes or other is also at your disposal.
Garden furniture is also available.
It is with pleasure that we welcome you for a tasting (to be booked in advance) of the wines of the property that you can buy and/or consume during your stay.
When you arrive, it is not necessarily me who will welcome you but certainly someone from my family (parents or brothers).
Cleaning is an extra, however we count on your respect and your good manners to leave the premises in a correct state.
