You’ll definitely enjoy staying with us at our downstairs private studio with remodeled Everything.
In this basement studio you have dining, living, and bedroom all in one. You’ll have your remodeled and modern private bathroom. Your small kitchenette is equipped with microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, rice cooker and basics utensils. No stove is available. No washer or dryer use.
The studio’s central climate control adjusted as part of the whole house upstairs. Extra space heater can be provided (but this has never been the case)
Other things to note
- The shower cold and hot are reversed. ‘C’ is hot and ‘H’ is cold.
- Please be mindful of the noise level at nights especially after 10:00 PM.
- Washer and dryers use are NOT offered.

Location was perfect as we were visiting our son at UD. The air conditioning really didn't filter down to this basement area as it was stuffy. A fan was provided and much needed. The apt was clean and basic.

The property owner requires slippers indoors, but does not state that in the listing. Subject to $500 cleaning fee if slippers are not worn.
