About this house rental

The villa has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people maximum.
The ground floor of the villa includes a garage, a front yard, a shower room, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a bedroom with 1 bunk bed (2 90 cm beds).
These two bedrooms overlook a small veranda in which 2 closets serve as a dressing room for each of the bedrooms.
After enjoying the idleness by the beach, the "sportsmen" will have the opportunity to be able to practice a little sport on the veranda or an exercise bike is provided to you.
The veranda overlooks both a small fitted summer kitchen and a small tiled backyard (about 8 m²) surrounded by a small landscaped garden with flowers where table and chairs will allow you to take your meals outside.
Upstairs, a very bright 35 m² living room / open kitchen, wc, as well as a master bedroom with a 140 cm bed, fitted with a shower room, an office area and a dressing await you. A television completes the equipment of this parental suite.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes: a dishwasher, a fridge / freezer, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a Nespresso machine, as well as all the necessary dishes.
The living room includes a corner sofa, a bar, a 140 cm TV, a home cinema.
The kitchen opens onto a small sunny terrace equipped with a barbecue and the living room meanwhile allows you to take your meals while having a small view of the big blue.
On the ground floor, in the garage part, a washing machine is at your disposal.
Air conditioning on the ground floor and upstairs.

In general, I was very pleased with this property. It was well described, impeccably clean and contained all of the essentials for a lovely holiday in a wonderful part of France. Three bedrooms: double on the first floor, a double on the ground floor, and a pair of bunks. There's a main kitchen on the first floor, where the main salon is, and a "summer kitchen" next to the ground floor back patio which is very handy. Both bathrooms come with showers with a good pressure. Aircon upstairs and down: perfectly effective.The sea is just a couple of minutes walk away, and there are three or four nice coffee shops and restaurants directly next to the beach.The town of St. Marie is well supplied with restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets so there's no need to go far for everything needed. There are regular local and regional buses if you don't want to drive but good parking at the property if you do.

We can write only positive feedback. All has been as per discription and even better. Appartment is just few steps from nice sandy beach. Very often we had an impression, that this was our private beach, because there were not so many people. There are nice places of interests and restaurants in the area. Appartment fully equipped with all you can need during vacations. Air conditioners look new and serviced. Nice view from dining area, also some space with grill outside to spend nice time if it is not very hot. Well, the rest you need to see by yourselves. Thank you Sandrine for the nice vacations!
