A large, detached garage, located a few meters opposite the house, houses bicycles and offers ample storage space when needed. 🌿 A peaceful and welcoming setting. From the entrance, two small steps lead you to a warm and inviting space. The first floor is centered around a comfortable living room, equipped with a television and books, opening onto a private courtyard, perfect for al fresco dining. You will find a barbecue, an outdoor table, sun loungers, a parasol, and string lights for... Mild and bright summer evenings. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, as well as all the typical antique crockery and utensils needed to cook like at home. Under the stairs are the cleaning supplies (vacuum cleaner, mop, cleaning products) and a washing machine. In summer, Sainte-Marie-la-Mer comes alive with farmers' markets, concerts, beach restaurants and free events.
