Villa Tomeva, a new home with a heated pool, located 400 meters from the beach.

We stayed here as a family group of four adults and two children under the age of three, and from the moment we arrived we knew we had found somewhere very special. The villa is absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, modern, and equipped with every amenity and gadget you could possibly wish for. There really has been no expense spared. The draft beer machine was an unexpected bonus and certainly went down well! Having TVs in every room, air conditioning throughout, and blackout blinds in all bedrooms made our stay exceptionally comfortable, especially with young children. The pool and garden are fantastic and were perfect for all of us. The outdoor space is ideal for both relaxing and family fun, and we spent many happy hours there. The village itself is charming, friendly, and has everything you need. Large supermarkets are only a five-minute drive away, while the local shops are well stocked and convenient. The beach is also within easy walking distance from the house, which was a huge plus. There is genuinely nothing negative to say about this property. It exceeded our expectations in every way.We enjoyed visiting Perpignan, the aquarium, and found there were plenty of attractions and activities nearby for families. However, returning to the villa each day was always the highlight. Finally, our hosts were superb. They could not have done more to make our stay memorable and were helpful, welcoming, and attentive throughout. This villa is pure gold.

Pool was heated to 75F or more while the sun was out helping. Cover on the pool is great to keep heat in at night. Pool guy didn’t come the first Friday as we were told. He came the last Friday, cleaned and repaired the cover which had a hole in one of the “slats” from a previous wind storm.Home was very comfortable. Close to beach as indicated.

The villa was pristine and so comfortable. We were 3 generations and we all loved it. It more than met everyone's expectation.
