About this villa rental
Casella is a wonderful, traditional stone built villa in the heart of the Umbrian countryside. It comprises of the main villa and a separate cottage both of which are situated in the colourful mature gardens. Due to its hillside position Casella offers beautiful panoramic views and is the perfect holiday retreat for a large family or friends wishing to share. The quaint village of Preggio is only 800 metres away from the property and therefore within walking distance.
Casella dates back to 1300 , but is newly restored by strictly using authentic materials wherever possible.
The fences garden surrounding the farmhouse and its anexes is abundant in olive trees and herb bushes and blends in perfectly conbination with the delightful countryside.
The infinity swimming pool is down the hill of the main property where you can have total privacy with an incredible view on the valley. The pool house is situated in front of the pool, has 1 double bedroom, outdoor kitchen, fridge, 2 bathrooms, showers and a gym.
The entire property has been restored and decorated with great attention to detail, the kitchen is well equipped.
Further there is a seperate wooden house available exclusively for toddlers between the main house and the guest house.
Further advantages are the very short white sand road of only 300 meters, close location to Preggio ( 1 km), where you have small shops and a restaurant.
