Situated close to the medieval town of Castiglione Del Lago, Villa Elettra is a lovely holiday villa with a private swimming pool. Located in the Umbrian hills overlooking Lake Chiusi, the villa is ideal for large families or groups of friends. There are two lakes nearby (Chiusi and Trasimeno), and the town of Chiusi is just 8 km away, where you can find restaurants and other amenities. Guests can also buy organic vegetables grown in the garden and on request, the owner can prepare typical Tuscan meals. Within a few hundred metres, you will also find a walking trail along the Canale Maestro della Chiana, and Montepulciano, one of the famous wine regions, is 21 km away.

Villa Elettra (600 sqm) develops over three levels.

On the ground floor, you will find an open plan living room with a sitting area (with sofas) and dining area (with a table for 10), a well-equipped kitchen (with a larder), a guest bathroom (with toilet) and a laundry room. In the sleeping area, there are three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms:

- one twin/double bedroom (with two single beds that can be joined to form a double) with ensuite bathroom

- one triple bedroom (with double bed and single bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower)
- one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

On the first floor, you will find a light airy sitting room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a wardrobe room (with single sofa bed):

A staircase leads from the sitting room to the attic where you will find a large sitting room and one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with bath).

Outside, there is a large, well-kept garden which features a private swimming pool (12 m x 6 m; depth 1 m – 1.6 m; open 1 May – 30 September) with a sun terrace (with sun loungers and umbrellas) and an outside dining terrace.
