This beautiful waterfront home sits on the crystal clear waters of Wautoma's premier Silver Lake. Located on the west end of Silver Lake, in the former vicinity of the historic Camp Waushara, you'll discover a multitude of opportunities to make new memories to last a lifetime. The possibilities are nearly endless on this clear recreational/fishing lake and surrounding area. Truly a year round destination no matter the age of your group members.
The well appointed home offers open concept living spaces with breath-taking panoramic views of the lake. A 2-story, brick fireplace, hardwood cathedral ceiling and open staircase invites you into the great room which includes a big screen TV and surround sound for your viewing pleasure. The spacious cooks kitchen is a gathering space for preparing whatever family favorites you choose. Enjoy your meals in the bright dining area that seats up to 13 (set up the colorful children's table for an additional four little ones) or head out onto the deck. The main floor includes 2 queen bedrooms - one of which opens into the screened in porch, a full bathroom and a laundry room available for guests needs. Upstairs you'll find another queen bedroom and a master bedroom equipped with a Tempur-pedic king size bed - both overlooking the lake. The updated master bath includes a walk in rainfall shower, dual sinks and heated floor. Across the loft area is the bunk room and another full bath. The bunk room includes four full size bunk beds and the entertainment center. All bedrooms are equipped with televisions and wifi is available for guest's use.
The heated three car finished garage doubles as a game room with a ping pong table, foosball table and dart board and an additional refrigerator. The garage service door provides easy access to the yard and the waterfront and is conveniently located near a bathroom and shower - great to use when wet and sandy from water play or winter sports activities. The driveway allows for parking of up to 6 vehicles.
From the screened in porch and large deck overlooking the lake watch the sunrise, enjoy a beverage, grill a meal or stargaze at night. The spacious yard and beach front provide ample opportunities for outdoor activities including lawn games, paddle boats, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, a swimming raft and dock for a boat or fishing. Big Silver Lake is 344 acres of swimming, water skiing, jet skiing, boating and fine freshwater fishing fun. The property includes a closet full of board games and activities and outdoor storage with beach toys, water sports gear and fishing poles.
Within minutes are local restaurants and coffee shops,like Silvercryst Supper Club, Moose Inn and Christianos Pizza, KRBS BBQ, Chelseas Coffee, championship golf courses, horseback riding, hiking, sightseeing and unique shopping in historic downtown Wautoma, with everything from fine gifts and jewelry to furniture and Amish quilts. Within 1.5 hour drive to Lambeau Field and Camp Randall Stadium. The lake and beach are great!! House is very comfortable with large kitchen and well stocked. Game room is a bonus. Kids enjoyed the bunk room. Only negatives are road noise from the highway nearby and the 5th bedroom is actually apart of the master bedroom with no separate entrance.

This was the perfect property for our family - a lovely grassy area and sandy beach for the two year olds to play in, a gradual slope to the lake for swimming, a raft and other equipment (lily pad, kayaks, paddle boards, etc.) to have fun in the water with and a dock for my son in law to moor his fishing boat. There was lots of beach and other play equipment in the shed as well as extra chairs for children and adults. The kitchen was well equipped. There were lots of children's plates and cups (not much children't silverware, though), and lots of appliances. The bunk room was great fun for sleeping and playing. The house was right off the highway so very easy to find, and there was a good BBQ place right around the corner. We also ordered pizza one night which was very good. The downstairs shower control was a little wonky, and it took us a bit to figure out how to make the water come out of the nozzle, but we managed, The sink in that bathroom also has a broken drain plug. Otherwise everything was in good repair and it was a beautiful, comfortable home. The game room was well-used as well!

Beautiful property! Owner thought of everything you might need or want!! Tons of fun toys for being in the water and the game area in the garage was a fun place to hang out while it rained! Really enjoyed our stay!! Thank you Belinda!!

It is our second time vacationing at Belinda and Dave's Silver lake home and once again we had a fantastic time. The home is very comfortable, clean and well maintained with amazing views of the lake, beautiful backyard, sandy beach and easy lake access. We would definitely like to come back in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway.
