The upstairs floor plan was designed for your comfort for the whole crew, totaling 4 bedrooms - with two identical full master suite bedrooms on the West and East side of the home, both equipped with King size beds. The master suites are both river view facing. Each master suite has a connected full bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms are also each on the West and East side of the home. The regular size bedrooms includes a front facing view and a king size bed.
The full size king beds will sleep 8 people at 2 people per bed with a total of 4 beds. If you have more than 8 guests in your party there are 2 premium high quality queen size blow up mattresses that you can use at your disposal.
The balcony offers an idyllic spot to unwind and soak in the breathtaking river views. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee or savoring a glass of wine at sunset, the tranquil ambiance will leave you feeling rejuvenated.

Great house. Very clean and well kept. Slept two families very comfortably with plenty of dockage for the boats and storage for the trailers on the driveway.
The host Jeremy, was all over it. Very accommodating and quick to respond and/or action on anything we needed.
