I cannot say enough amazing things about our stay here in Homosassa! This home was perfect for our family’s Christmas trip to see manatees. Patty was so responsive and set up a Christmas tree for us, as well as made sure we had some snacks and coffee since we arrived late on Christmas Day.The house is well appointed with everything you need. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of blankets for the 2 days that it was actually colder in FL than it was in CO! I read 3 books in the house during our stay because there was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and have their own spaces. We played board games, watched movies and really took advantage of all the ways to enjoy the river. We kayaked down to see the monkeys on monkey island, we got the most delicious stone crab claws at Shelly’s seafood, we made our kids’ dreams come true by booking a tour at Country Kingdom to visit capybaras, wallabies, goats, donkeys, and otters, and, of course, we swam with the manatees! The state park gave us a chance to see the rangers feed the manatees. We also had a fun visit to the weekend flea market! This was a trip of a lifetime! Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home.

This home is literally perfect. Great location, great amenities, fully stocked. Every time we needed something we just looked and there it was, they had it. Dock is perfect for boats with water electrical storage cleats etc. private boat ramp is clutch. Our friends staying elsewhere fought the public ramp and having our own made the process so easy, we plan to stay here on future trips! Look no further.
